Hi!
Does anyone know What does mean "HttpHandler. 11391: critical coredump" error in cisco video surveillance operations manager?

Okay, well... right away; there is a very serious issue concerning the fact that mysql no longer appears installed on the server:
01-vssoftware.txt
...
Video Surveillance Operations Manager
----------------------------------
MYSQL: !! MySQL is not installed and is required
...
Which would indicate the root of your issues. It appears something may have actually removed the package.
I also noticed from the roothistory that you've installed some other third party tools and executed what I assume are some scripts that appear to remove things? Perhaps check there?
My recommendation is to pull a valid backup and perform a recovery with the Cisco Recovery DVD. If this is not an option, you'll likely need to open a TAC case to determine how mysql has been broken, and how to correct it.
Best of luck,
Scott.

I think we're going to need a bit more detail than that to provide any meaningful feedback. It sounds as though one of the web services (java?) is crashing quite hard. This is likely just a symptom of something much more serious though.
What version of VSM are you running?
What hardware platform is it on?
Where exactly are you seeing this error?

Did this chassis ship with VSM 7.0, or an earlier version of VSM originally?
Any chance you could attach any of the relevant logs?

VSM 7.0. is originally.

Did you want to attach a support report from the VSMC console?

Thanks for help!!!
I have one little question.
Where i can check VSM's serial number?
08-08-2014 05:56 AM
The chassis serial number for the CPS-MSP? Unfortunately, I think these are only available as a physical sticker on the top lid of the server :-S Unless Cisco has addressed it.
It's always been a huge problem whenever we deploy these servers. I'm constantly reminding everyone (myself included) to record the chassis SN, or take a picture of it, etc...
Best of Luck.

if I want open case in a TAC I should have a SmartNET.
What is a SmartNET i should buy? For CPS-MSP-2RU-K9 or for FL-CPS-OM-SW7(Operation manager)

The SAS line item I believe you will require is:
CON-SAS-FLCPSOMS
SW APP SUPP Feature Lic for one Op Manager on MSP
Cheers,
Scott.
