CPAM connection problem

Hi everyone,

I have problem wuth Cisco CPAM server. When I try to connect with Cisco Physical Access Manager the error appears: Connection refused: connect.

Also I can not connect with explorer, but I can connect with ssh.

Can anyone help men?
