Do we have to delete & recreate the Historical Events Driver when upgrading to CPAM v1.3.1?

I noticed that things have changed from v1.2.0 to v1.3.1, one additional thing i noticed is my Historical Events Driver needed to be re-started and when it was it seems that it gets hung up for many hours on trying to copy events over to the flat file without change, see attached pic.  What's going on here exactly, did i miss something?


Copying events does not seem to work, so i cannot even get to Pruning those 51,000+ events, it is like the Historical Events Driver is not working since moving to v1.3.1 and cannot get re-started properly, SR/TAC opened and Cisco is helping out...

This problem turned out to be a bug: CSCtu73064

Development was able to supply a script to help resolve the issue.  It looks like this wlil only happen on databases that have been upgraded from cpam 1.2
