how to get archive from media server to use it in cisco review player

how can i download videos archieved from media server

Hi concord,

to download archive to local pc for review. you need to log into VSOM client and click on the archive feed. At bottom right you will find archvie clip buttom . define the start and end time and save as CVA ( this format will keep the timestamp). once done you can use review player to play the archive on PC.

sorry iam new to video surveillance but do u mean with vsom client its utilites to be downloaded from the server  like VM client or its the web page iam loggin in from IE
