IPVS 4300 Firmware 1.1.0 not working

I've tried upgrading using both the Upgrade tool available in 6.3 and the cameras upgrade interface. The VSMS tool reports success but the camera web page and interface shows no difference. The cameras upgrade feature replys "Bad magic number". I turned off motion events and all other items that may interfere.

Dustin,  What version of the firmware are you upgrading FROM?  I've had some issues when upgrading from a firmware that is non-standard.   That it I've been given firmwares by either TAC or the BU to address certain problems that have never been officially released for download.  When trying to upgrade these it was first necessary to revert to a previous official release (say 1.03) before the upgrade would work.  Hope this helps!
