Red X on Media Server Listing; No error anywhere

I have several servers with red x's on the media server listing, but can't find any associated error anywhere.  Has anyone had this problem?  What would be another place to find any issues with these servers (if I've already checked the Status and History)?

Kim,

what version of VSM are you using? Can you add a screenshot, along with any details from status and history window?

Also, have you tried rebooting the VSMS server in question yet?

Alternatively, please contact Cisco TAC to troubleshoot the issue.
