Removing Camera Feeds in VSOM

I am attempting to re-add a camera using the same name and receive this error:

-5 Could not start proxy! Duplicate is, proxy p_s1_BlendTunnel3_1 is already running

Be sure to retype the password fields.

The feed has been deleted in VSOM and is still running in VSMS. How can I remove it from this list? Running older version 6.2.1

Hi,

Go to VSMC page --> BWT page --> then you should be able select perticular proxy and stop it or delete it.

What is BWT? I don't that in the Management Console. Thanks!

You should have the link on the VSMC console of the VSMS server.  If not, try the URL directly:

https:///BWT/index.jsp
