View security video footage?

I need to access some security video footage recorded with a Cisco PVC2300 Business Internet Video camera. However, the Cisco software fails to recongnise the data as a valid file.

The file file extension is .sef. Appears to be

Detailed information for file extension SEF:
Primary association: Encryptafile
Company: XenoSystems, LLC

Other applications associated with file type SEF:
Steganos Encrypted File

I downloaded the Encryptafile software but that also fails to recognize that there is a valid file.

What I need to achieve is a conversion of the data files to a more general format so they can be displayed on any computer using media player or similar.

Any help would be much appreciated.
