Virtual Matrix is down

Currently running VSOM/VSMS version 6.3 and getting a DOWN message for VSVM and MRTG; below:

Checking for snmp daemon... Running.

Checking for snmp server... Running.

Checking for pending upgrade request

No Pending Upgrade Request

Checking for vsrecorder

Checking for xvcrmanMonitor... Running.

Checking for xvcrman... Running.

Checking for xvcrconfig... Running.

Checking for vsms daemons... down.

Checking for mediaout... Running.

Checking for httpd... running.

Checking for tomcat... running.

Checking for vsvm... Down.

Checking for mrtg... Down.

Checking for backup server... Running.

Checking for sys config agent... Running.

Checking for SystemMonitor server... Running

VSMS:~ # service vsvm --full-restart

service: no such service vsvm

I've tried restarting the service, but get

VSMS:~ # service vsvm --full-restart
service: no such service vsvm

What am I doing wrong?

Virtual Matrix is down

Maybe try restarting them individually:

# /usr/BWhttpd/root/hydra/bin/hydra restart

# /usr/BWhttpd/bin/init_mrtg restart
