we have upgraded VSM from 6.3.2 to 7.2.2 and after that we are unable to access Application . is there any way to revert back to the old version or any other way to fix this issue . SSH access is available .
Any migration from 6.3.X to 7.X usually involves the Cisco migration team and/or TAC. Did you follow all the procedures outlined in the migration guide?
