what does the number 9 and 25 in Audit Reason column in Audio Phone Audit result table mean?

are u finding only 9 and 25 in Audit reason column ?
I just looked into it what you should get is All Fine,Device Initiated Reset,Connectivity error,KeepAlivetimeout
I'm able to see reasons, you mentioned + something like CallManagerRestart etc. and in addition reasons 9 and 25 :) but these two are very rare...
I tried hard finding these Numeric reason codes but could not find.
You can get a list of all IP phone reason codes under Interactive reports--->UCM/CME Phone Inventory Reports---> IP phone Inventory Analysis .
when u click on Drop Down Arrow under IP phone reason Code , you will find more reasons.
