Difference between PCD and PC Assurance

What's the difference between Prime Collab Deployment (PCD) and Prime Collab Assurance and Analytics or Prime Collab Provisioning??

PCD contains all 3 applications??

Hi Juan,

Basically, Prime Assurance ,Provisioning and PCD are three different applications.

PCD is used for migration of Call Manager clusters from version 6, 7, 8 to version 10 on VM servers.

Assurance is used for real time monitoring of devices like IP phones, Gateways, get inventory reports.

Provisioning is used for Day 2 support for managing users[ add , delete , change]. Users can do forward, speed  dials , change passwords.
