Endpoint diagnostic: Phone number N/A

Hi all,

Cisco Prime Collaboration Version: 9.0.21354

We have about 2000 Ip phones in our network. We recently deployed the PCA.

Once phones are discovered. It appears that the Phone number shows N/A.

There is no extension number info at all.

Our phones wide are using the extension mobility.

Please advise as this is critical & the sole reason the customer bought this Prime Collaboration.

Their goal is to be able to:

  1. Locate phone extension that is having issue/un-registered from the network
  2. Able to troubleshoot from there, exactly what is causing the phone to drop out of the cucm

Appreciate any advise

Hi

let me check on this and get back. It should show the extension of the phones when they are discovered

Are you still having the issue ?

ALso we have the latest Prime COllab 10.0 out  in CCO . you can  download that and try that out

as that is the latest release. That would be the version you want to go with.
