Cisco Prime Collaboration Version: 9.0.21354
We have about 2000 Ip phones in our network. We recently deployed the PCA.
Once phones are discovered. It appears that the Phone number shows N/A.
There is no extension number info at all.
Our phones wide are using the extension mobility.
Please advise as this is critical & the sole reason the customer bought this Prime Collaboration.
Their goal is to be able to:
- Locate phone extension that is having issue/un-registered from the network
- Able to troubleshoot from there, exactly what is causing the phone to drop out of the cucm
