How to do recovery of Prime Collaboration Deployment

Can someone help me out with PCD recovery.

First of all to start with can i use CUCM recovery ISO for PCD as well.

I don't think you can (internally I see a specific PCD recovery ISO), why don't you just start fresh?

Hi Jamie,

we are doing the backup of the UC environment to the SFTP server in PCD. Recently we do had a disk failure on UCS server hosting the PCD. From then we do have backup failures of Call managers. so we are trying to do recovery of PCD.

But cant find the recovery software on Cisco site for PCD 10.5.3.

I don't believe those images are available for download, you probably want to open up a TAC to get assistance on this.

Just opened a TAC case, they suggested to use CUCM recovery iso.
