PCM - Consumption of Call Licenses - Cisco VCS

Hi,

I am interested to find out if PCM can look at the consumption of call licenses and flag when these when they reach a capacity threshold (i.e 75%) Looking at our current configuration I see an alarm enabled for "High Utilisation" but this does not tell me what threshold the high utilisation is set up at.

Would it be possible to tell me what threshold the high utlisation is set at?

 

Secondly, I suspect I know the answer to this but can PCM project when these thresholds might be met by looking at historical call data? For exmaple if PCM sees an overall growth in call volume?
