PCP v10.5 does not set call forwarding on Service Template Import

 

I'm trying to import service templates into PCP 10.5.  I'm able to get a Line template import to succeed but the call forwarding settings I specify in the import file are being ignored. 

I'm not 100% sure of the syntax since it does not appear to be documented and the examples do not include call forwarding settings.  I received an error message that said the forwarding must be in the format of Destination:Voicemail:Calling Search Space.  I've tried the following:

 

CUPM_BLANK:True:System Internal 

:True:System Internal

1000:False:System Internal

(System Internal is a valid CSS)

All result in the batch job succeeding and service template being created but the forwarding settings are not applied.

I've attached the template.  Any assistance would be appreciated
