Prime Collab. Assurance Upgrade 10.0 to 10.5 / Device Work Center empty

Dear community,

I have the strange behavior, that whole device work center is empty after I had upgraded to 10.5. No more call managers, unity connection or phones available.

A rediscover or deleting and adding a new credential policy doesn't bring them back.

But at new Log Collection Center, there I see my call managers and voice gateways...!

Licensing is showing no errors... still advanced assurance license, valid mass endpoints and expired analytics, but that should not be the problem?

We are still running call manager at latest 9.1.2 release - could that be the problem? ... but I don't find any "not supported" infos for releases lower 10.x. and everything is gone including VG224, mgcp gateways, SIP and SCCP phones.

Maybe someone have an idea regarding this issue. Thanks a lot in advance!
