I have two ASA 5540 in failover mode (Active/Standby). users use their RSA token to connect by VPN to the corporate network.
The ASA 5540 (primary one) was down and the secondary ASA became Active.
But users were not able to user their RSA token to connect by VPN to the corporate network.
To resolve the problem, I created another SDI file between the ASA and RSA server.
Why when the secondary ASA became Active, users could'nt able to use their RSA token, and why I created a new SDD file for the ASA to resolve the problem ?
