I was wondering if anybody has received this type message before ?
IDS 'Auth flood' Signature attack detected on AP Cisco2 protocol '802.11b/g' on Controller 192.168.2.12.
The Signature description is 'Authentication Request flood', with precedence '5'. The attacker's mac address is 'Mac address', channel number is '6', and the number of detections is '30'
And what do they really mean ?
Looked in cisco and blogs but no success on getting a clear answer.
Thank you
Vic
