We are have run into an issue with our recent migration from Unity 5.0 to CUC 8.5. When using single inbox with Unity, our voicemail messages were journaled by the Exchange servers just like email messages. Our mail archiving solution is GFI, which relies on the journaling feature in MSE to copy in and out bound messages to the GFI archive. With Unity Connection, voicemail messages synchronizing with the Exchange mailboxes are not being journaled. We would like to understand more about why journaling doesn't work with Unity Connection. Best case would be to overcome this shortcoming and find a way to keep archiving our voicemail messages. Anybody have any ideas?
