We have multiple branches and all seem to work but one. I am new to CUCM and have done a lot of searching but found no solution yet.
Internal hold plays MOH just fine but external calls coming in dont work.
I uploaded the audio file to both of our MOH servers and set it as the source for that stream number on both. I do not have multicast turned on. We set the MOH to the extension we needed which I assume is why it works internally atleast. Do I have to set it on the gateway to that branch or something to get incoming calls to work?
