Hi Everyone,
I am looking to build a report that will show abandoned calls by call type and the number that the caller displayed (if available) and wondered if anyone has anything like this already or could provide assistance.
I have tried a query using the Termination_Call_Detail and Call_Type tables but what I am getting back doesn't seem right.
