Who Me Too'd this topic

I'm aware that QoS policy on the ASA does not support per-flow manipulations. I have a client who is wanting to restrict per-user bandwidth so that one or a few users don't consume all available internet bandwidth when they download big/multiple files. Is there a function in the Identity Firewall Services for this? Do you have any other ideas to accomplish this requirement?
