I am a CCNP student and have no support contract.
I am trying to build my own CCNP lab. I have found some used Cisco 2651XM router that is not used any more in production. I think that it would be just fine for learning. I have a problem. When the IOS is loaded i start getting this error: %AMDP2_FE-3-UNDERFLO: FastEthernet0/1 transmit error.
This error starts to show after IOS loads. Please take a look at attachment (PNG picture, screenshot).
There is no starup-configuration and there is nothing connected (except console cable).

Can you please give me some ideas what to do? Can can i remove this message from flooding my console? Do you experts think this is a hardware problem and should i return this (used) router?
