I have a nexus 5548 that I have recently tried to upgrade the NX-OS on. During the upgrade process, the switch is suppose to reboot itself and load up the new version when it has been installed. However, it has since not been able to do so. I keep getting the bash-3.2# prompt and when I exit out of it, I am not able to log in to the device with user/password.
It seems like something in the upgrade process broke it but I don't know what as I just issued the command and left while the process took place.
I see this:

Is there any way to recover the image on the nexus/restore to factory settings without logging in to the device?
