Hi Everyone,
I'm deploying Cloud based Jabber throughout the company. I have enabled SSO.
The problem I'm faced with is that Jabber keeps timing out and forces users to sign back in every time. Which is annoying given that the purpose of SSO is the sign in your workstation and Jabber should be ready to use! It did not use to behave this way and I don't seem to find the Why and how to fix it. We plan on using it for instant messaging primarily.
"Never Sign-out" is selected under Settings.
Does anybody have an idea on how to fix that?
