2511 problem

hello,

i have a problem with my access router 2511, when i connect this router to the switch the ethernet port led is ok ( i use an ethernet convertisor) but i can`t ping this interface and when i connect by console the router reboot evry time, some time this router work normaly and some times it`s like this

Hello,

is it possible to logon to the router and issue the commands 'show version' and 'show stacks' ? If so, can you post the output of those commands ? Are you trying to connect a with a PC to the router's Ethernet port ? If so, make sure you are using a cross cable...
