2520 router console settings

HI! i need help fast!!! how can i connect to a 2520 router console and with what program and settings! i have the cable, but nothing is showing up under hyper terminal!! thx!

Hi ,

First thing is connect console cable between router console and pc com port.

From your system open hyper terminal -> new connection (give name) -> connect using (select com port of PC) -> port settings (click on default settings).

Then you can see router prompt after hitting enter...
