Access Server or DynDNS

I have an application server i normally access through the browser (eg http:192.168.10.2). I can access it once local or from any laptop on the same VLAN with the same ip subnet assigned. One can access internet from the server but no one can reach the server from a remove location. My desire is to connect SECURELY to the server (192.168.10.2) from a remote location.

What is the best method to do this securely? (implement ASA, Access Server or DynDNS or ....?)

Thanks
