Well, I have Router 837, but my problem is virtual-access stay UP

physical part and UP/DOWN protocol part.ATM is UP/UP and dialer is UP/UP .

Not negotiate IP.I make debug...I confirmed my data with ISP and my user and

my password are correct, but with problem continue. In annex , My conf and my debug

Doesn't look like your credentials are recognized by your ISP because each time they NAK it when you send them CROS58897973@ae.cr :

Vi2 PAP: I AUTH-NAK id 44 len 22 msg is "Invalid Password."

Please check with them again.
