Hi,

I am setting up an old router 3640 with mica modem and a BRI interface. I am trying to call from my PC through an analog line and connect to BRI, but I take the folllowing debug message:

Can i do that or I must use a PRI interface? Is there any way to terminate analalog calls to BRI interface?

Thanks in advance!

Which module do you have ? Include "show diag".

Hi,

Finally I found out the restrictions for the Cisco 3640 router in the following link:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_0t/12_0t3/feature/guide/3600mbri.html

I must use different network module and not a WIC or VIC BRI interface.

Thanks
