Annotation Options

I am currently installing the WebEx product in my environment. I noticed that the customer has different annotation options from what the rep view has.

Is there anyway to adjust the annotation options? Can I customize which annotations my customers and reps see?

Just to clarify we are working with "Remote Support".

I can see where my customer has the access to a magic wand annotation feature. But my rep view does have this option.
