Async issue

i´have been working with a 3725 Version 12.3(12c) and i found a issue with my asyncs interfaces, some of the async interfaces aren't work for example the int async 67, but we put the same configuration to other async and it works, this si the logs that it shows me. thanks for you help.

Hello,

what type of modem do you have connected to those async interfaces ? Can you post the output of 'debug modem', as well as the configuration (in order to check the chat script you are using) ? Are the same modems working on the other, functional async ports ?

is a digital port adapter, 30 ports NM-30DM, we have te same router with the same features in other cities and we just have a porlem with this. we can´t do the debug cause is running the services and we had problems with it.
