Cannot control my access server from specific subnet

Hello all,

I'm trying to telnet to my home lab from my office. I'm able to login to my access server. But when I try to do "CTRL +Shift +6 +X" my telnet session freezes. But I can telnet it from any other subnet. I need experts suggestions. Thank you.

Hi,

Some terminal emulation packages have difficulty sending the Ctrl-Shift-6 x sequence, can you please try another terminal emulation software.

HTH,
