Centralized remote access for analog out of band

Hello,

I am searching for a solution that will accomidate the following desired goal:

We currently have several remote sites with out of band access to the routers. The routers are connected from their console port to a modem (ie. US Robotics) which apparently connects to an analog phone line. Within an operations environment (NOC), instead of having an analog line at every workstation to dial out, is there a solution to have the analysts log into a centralized local access server which they can then use to initiate the out of band dial session? Essentially this would reduce the amount of analog lines to however many is estimated being in use at any one given time.

Can it be done with a PRI and some type of access server?

Thanks.

Multi-hop L3 support for out-of-band (wired) deployments enables administrators to deploy the CAS out-of-band centrally (in core or distribution layer) to support users behind L3 Switches (e.g. routed access) and remote users behind WAN routers in some instances.
