I have a question I'm not sure if it difficult or not. I have a NM-32a in
my 2611xm using IOS version: 2600-jk9s-mz.123-24.b. The problem is that I cannot setup the 2611xm to connect to my other cisco devices. I have read Cisco's Configuring a Terminal / Comm server (Doc ID:5466) and it has not helped me I still can't connect any of the devices. Any idea?

Still you seem to have missed a few settings. the following must be in the config:
line 33 64
transport preferred telnet
transport input all
Please post a "sh line" for one of the lines on the NM32A.
regards,
Leo
