Cisco VPN connection drops everytime when launching the MS Remote Desktop Connection. This just started. Connection has been working for the past 3 months without issue.

Cisco VPN connection drops everytime when loging into the MS Remote Desktop Connection. This just started. Connection has been working for the past 3 months without issue.

Cisco Version 3.0.4235

Windows 7 OS 62bit

Windows updates are current

Attempted connection on two computers with same results

RDP connection to remote server. It is just for two users. I have users that are connecting without issue. For two users this is a new issue. They were successful up to 2 days ago. Logs show only reconnecting in progress each time they launch RDP and attempt to sign in after a successful VPN connection is established. One user re-imaged computer Win7 and installed Cisco VPN Software and issue is still occuring. Looking for troubleshooting steps. There are no special configs in place.
