Cisco3745 not detecting NM-16AM (urgent)

Dear All,

Cisco 3745 router is not detecting the NM-16AM card. The IOS on router is 12.3 (9e).

Kindly let me know the solution.

Hello Anand,

Your software version seems to support the module, because it is better than 12.3(3i).

Do you have sufficient memory, at least 128 MB installed. What does the sh proc mem return?

Are there any lights lit on the module?

There is no light on the miodule. Is there any specific command is required to detect the card by router?
