Clients is able to ping the router (C3825) ethernet port but not server

situation

1. Remote routers (around 20-15  different Cisco  model routers) can ping and Telnet core routers ( Two cross connetced routers) but not serves.

2. From servers I can ping and Telnet the core routers but not remote routers.

3. Negibour routing are estblished in core router.

4. Traceroute from server show only at to the core router.

5. Problem has been rectified itself after 15 mints.

Basic digram is like that

Remote routers (Clients attached)-----WAN Link----Core Routers---SW---Servers.

Whats is the probably route couse of the problem?
