data call for transfer capability=3.1kHz Audio

i cannot establisg a call from bri to E1. Iam doubting part of the debug which shows

Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz Audio

will the above message (parameter) allow incoming data calls?

The call is coming as either voice or fax/modem. Whic hardware do you have, and what is calling ?

calling party is BRI and the called party is E1.

we cannot establish the call. But if we do it the other way around (E1 to BRI) it will work.

we have this conf on E1
