I have a 871 router that was recently purchased and updated with the latest IOS software.
My problem results from a port forwarding of 3389. I can access the computer without a problem. Occasionaly I have to telnet in and wake up the router but generally I don't have any problems.
I have other users that can not get in. I work with the router and then suddenly, without reason, that user can connect. How can I maintain a constant port forward for the 10 users using the port?
It is not a limit of the remote license. The user gets a "Connection timed out" error.
My configuration is attached

Hi,
can you try remvoing "access-group" from the interfaces for a test ?

I tried this and had no difference. I issued the command "no ip access-group 101 in" The IOS took it but no difference. If I was successful in this, wouldn't it lock all the remote users out?

Hi,
access group are used to filter access, so when you remove them from an interface, you are not filtering anymore.
Now, have you observed if there is loss of link on the router ? If you keep a constant ping, are there times of interruption ?
