ISDN connection fail

Hi experts, I have an ISDN connection and tried to activate it by dial test, but the test is fail and found the following message, can anyone help?

Where are you located?

Why did you set an american switch type ?

You are correct, the call test is made from the switch which is located in US.

Change switch type, it is not the correct type.

My configuration is using "basic-ni" right now, do you think the correct setting should be "basic-5ess"?
