ISDN/PRI Disconnect Question

Recently in my AS5300 Logs, I've been seeing the following:

Nov 23 13:50:28 192.168.3.17 775178: Nov 23 13:50:28 GMT: %ISDN-6-DISCONNECT: Interface Serial1:7 disconnected from unknown , call lasted 10 seconds

Nov 23 13:50:29 192.168.3.17 775179: Nov 23 20:50:28.319: ISDN Se1:23 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8 callref = 0x96BB

Nov 23 13:50:29 192.168.3.17 775180: ^ICause i = 0x80B9 - Bearer capability not presently authorized

Nov 23 13:50:29 192.168.3.17 775181: Nov 23 20:50:28.359: ISDN Se1:23 Q931: RX <- RELEASE pd = 8 callref = 0x16BB

Nov 23 13:50:29 192.168.3.17 775182: Nov 23 20:50:28.359: ISDN Se1:23 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x96BB

Does anyone have a better understanding of this disconnect cause? Is these an issue related with my equipment or the swtich at the CO sending me the call?
