I have a Cisco 2811 router with 1 ISDN BRI
I've tried to set it up to accept incoming modem dial in but only to receive this message.
BR0/0/0 **ERROR**: accept_incoming_csm_call: modem problem Bearer capability not available(0x3A): b channel 0, call id 0x22
003132: *May 22 18:10:20.104: ISDN BR0/0/0 **ERROR**: host_disconnect_ack: VOICE ERROR: Bearer capability not available(0x3A): b channel 0, call id 0x22
I've already added 'isdn incoming-voice modem' to my BRI, but it still does not work. What could be the issue?

Hello fahmyaziz,
a standard Cisco ISDN BRI don?t accept modem calls.
If you want to connect with modem on an ISDN BRI you will need a "NM-BRI". The only Cisco routers
that support digital modems over BRI are the 3600/3700 with NM BRIs
and NM-CT1/CE1.
Kind regards,
Christian

Thanks Christian. Guess I'll be needing one of those routers. Cheers
