Issue configuring controller E1 1/1 on E1/T1 PRI Card

I'm trying to configure the second primary rate controller port, however this controller fails to connect successfully to the remote modem. It however successfully rings the telephone line. If I use the first primary rate port (controller E1 1/0) a connection to the remote modem is made successfully, every time. I've included attachments of the cisco debug and of the running set-up. Thus can anyone help please? since I beleive it must be a configuration issue.

Hi, can you try:

network-clock-select 2 E1 1/1

Note: never use debug all. Beside that it can crash the router, it's has too much info of no use.
