LCP timeout problem

I got PPP LCP timeout problem with ISDN connection. Line was drop every 20 sec. I already try to change speed already.(56k , 64k). Only saw Open confreq message(BR0/0:1 LCP: O CONFREQ [Closed] id 113 len 32)  not reply from other side. Pls advice me for this problem.

Could be many things.  Is the other side running PPP?  Does the Q.931 call complete?  Is it the right call type (e.g., data, not voice)?  Ar ethe ISDN ports properly provisioned at both sides?  Ar ethe two ISDN lines on the same carrier?

Debug isdn Q931 on both sides may be illustrative.

Thank you Philip. Q931 was successful.But not from same ISDN carrier. It is happen as same as mention in https://supportforums.cisco.com/post!reply.jspa?message=3219791. But I already try to change speed but not working. Any suggestion, pls .

Seems like the answering side is not set for PPP (or fconfigured incorrectly), or the remote switch interpreting the call incorrectly (for example, as a Voice or V.120 call).

Who is the ISDN carrier?  Is this call limited to one carrier or crassing international and/or carrier boundaries?

Sorry for my late response. I am waiting fro Telco response. It still can

not fix. It happen between two ISP at China. Can some one

confirm LCP timout is related to ISP or others? At LCP Negotation phase, see only outbound LCP CONFREQ messages

O CONFREQ [Closed] id 24 len 15

Never saw in bound message.
I CONFREQ [ACKrcvd] id 137 len 14. I checked already for ppp commands. 
It is in place and also this router calling to another place is working fine. 
Only happen to one location.
