I am catalyst 3560 switch with IOS version 12.4(55). I have configured my switch to get access to CISCO Configuration Assistance tool, but it is not authenticating to my tool even i give correct usernames and passwords. Giving you the configuration below.
switch(config)#username admin privilage 15 password admin
switch(config)#ip http server
switch(config)#ip http secure-server
switch(config)#line vty 0 15
switch(config-line)#privilage level 15
switch(config-line)#login local
switch(config)#interface vlan 1
switch(config-if)#ip address 192.168.0.50 255.255.255.0
switch(config-if)#no shutdown
After i did this configuration in my switch, i have tried to open with configuration assistance tool and given username is admin and password is admin. But it is not authenticating and asking me to enter username and password with Privilage_level_15. I have tried the same in web browser also no luck and giving me same error.
can anybody please help me on this.
