OOB modem can't be dialin

Hi,

I have a problem in connecting dial-up modem to AUX port of router C2821. The customer said he have connected the modem

to the AUX and connected the phone line. However, I cannot dialin via the modem and have the following message. Could

someone can help how to troubleshoot the connection ?

Based on the modem hardware state settings it looks like the modem is connected to the aux port.

Here's an example of how to configure the router to be used for dialin to an exec via the aux port of the router. HTH
