outlook issue

Dears,

I have a network that contain (router 1941, ASA5510, and 3560 switch) the LAN users can access the Internat and they already connected with another site via site to site VPN.

The problem is the oulook disconnected from the Exchange that hosted in remote.

but when they try to connect from another network (outside the company it's work normally)

Router -------- ASA -------- L3 switch

I tried to remove the ASA but the problem didn't solve.

Please I need your support to solve this issue.
