PPPoE session limit on 1841

Hi ,

I have a Cisco 1841 router with a HWIC-2FE acting as a PPPoE server for 50 ADSL Lines.

The problem is that only 31 lines acquire IP address from the pool and the others don't get IP address.

The IP address pool is not depleted, CPU is at %15 and there's also plenty of free memory.

I don't get any errors in debug commands (like "debug pppoe errors")

The IOS is c1841-adventerprisek9-mz.124-24.T.bin

#sh mem

                Head              Total(b)     Used(b)     Free(b)   Lowest(b)  Largest(b)

Processor   65BD98E0   285370144    27194812   258175332   257643496   257614716

and the configuration:

aaa new-model

aaa authentication ppp default local

username user password 7 ...

bba-group pppoe global

virtual-template 1

interface FastEthernet0/0/0
no ip address
duplex auto
speed auto
pppoe enable group global
interface Virtual-Template1
ip address
peer default ip address pool PPPoE
ppp authentication pap chap ms-chap ms-chap-v2
ip local pool PPPoE
and the output of show commands:
Router# show ip local pool
Pool                     Begin           End                   Free  In use   Blocked
PPPoE           29      31       0
Router# show pppoe summary
    PTA  : Locally terminated sessions
    FWDED: Forwarded sessions
TRANS: All other sessions (in transient state)
                             TOTAL     PTA   FWDED   TRANS
TOTAL                        34        34       0            0
FastEthernet0/0/0        34        34       0            0
As it's seen in show users command, only 31 lines are assigned with an IP address and further users don't get any ip address:
Router# show users
Interface    User               Mode         Idle     Peer Address
  Vi1.1        user              PPPoE        -
  Vi1.30       user              PPPoE        -
  Vi1.31       user              PPPoE        -
  Vi1.32       user              PPPoE        -
  Vi1.33       user              PPPoE        -
  Vi1.34       user              PPPoE        -
  Vi1.35       user              PPPoE        -
Could it be a licensing problem? any clue?
Many thanks in advance.
